Privacy Policy

Blummy Studios LLC ("Blummy Studios", "we", "us") makes mobile games and apps. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and in TV Studio Sim, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell anything about you.
This website
- No accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking cookies. We don't track you across pages or other sites.
- Sound setting. If you turn on sound effects, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes basic request information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you load) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Contact form. Our contact form is a Google Form. Anything you type into it is sent to us through Google and used only to reply to you.
TV Studio Sim
- No account and no personal information. You don't sign up, and the game doesn't ask for your name, email, location, or contacts.
- Your saves stay on your phone. Game progress is stored only on your device. We can't see it, and deleting the app deletes it.
- No ads, analytics, or tracking. The game doesn't include advertising or analytics tools and doesn't track you across other apps or websites.
- Bug reports are up to you. The "Bug Report / Feature Request" button opens a Google Form in your browser. Only what you choose to type there is sent to us, and we use it to fix and improve the game.
finbud: debt buddy
finbud is still in development. It will have its own privacy policy, posted here before the app is released.
Children
Our games and apps aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. TV Studio Sim doesn't collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through our contact or bug report forms, contact us and we'll delete it.
Sharing and selling
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services named above (Netlify and Google) to run this website and our forms, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
The only information we hold about you is what you've sent us through a form. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete it at any time by contacting us, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
